In 1997 a partnership between two pharmaceutical groups - Group Iberfar and Group Jaba - originated Logifarma.
On the other hand, from a partnership between the National Association of Pharmacies (ANF) through Farminveste and AmerisourceBergen, Alliance Healthcare Portugal was created.
In 2019 Alliance Healthcare, Alloga and the Group Iberfar partnered to create Alloga Logifarma, the largest primary distributor for companies linked to the area of medicine and healthcare.

ContactsThe Corruption Risk Prevention Plan aims to comply with the legal obligations set out in article 6 of Decree-Law no. 109-E/2021, of 9 December, within the scope of the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption, with a view to drawing up and implementing a Regulatory Compliance Program. The Corruption Risk Prevention Plan identifies, analyses and classifies the risks and situations that could expose Alloga Logifarma to acts of corruption and related offences, including the risks associated with the performance of duties by members of the management and governing bodies, with the aim of defining and adopting preventive and corrective measures to minimize the likelihood of occurrence and the impact of the risks and situations identified.

Alloga Logifarma’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics is a document that establishes the guiding principles and standards of conduct and ethics that must be observed, adopted and respected by all Employees, regardless of their contractual relationship.
Alloga Logifarma is governed by the highest standards of behavior towards its partners, shareholders, customers, suppliers, partners, other stakeholders and Portuguese society in general, based on its Mission, Values and Vision.
Alloga Logifarma’s Anti-Corruption and Conflict of Interest Policy lays down the principles of action and the duties of loyalty, integrity and transparency applicable to relations with public and private entities, establishing rules of action to safeguard potential conflicts of interest and to prevent unlawful conduct that could amount to acts of corruption. This Policy provides for the prevention of the risk of corruption in the pursuit of the collective interest, creating mechanisms for prevention, detection and repression, namely through the issuing of orders and concrete instructions on how to act in order to avoid the commission of illegal acts and mitigate the exposure of the legal person to these phenomena.
